close proximity to malls, nearby metro station, diverse food options
Very frustrating elevator situation!!! Only one lift going to the top floor at times, causing long waits!!! The hot water in the shower could easily burn someone. it’s advisable to review water temperature delivery!!! The confusing elevator message in Arabic could use a total rethink!!!

one of the best things about my stay was its proximity to amazing attractions, as I could easily stroll to the Corniche in less than a 15-minute walk and enjoy stunning views. The hotel is very accessible via the metro, making it really easy to explore the city.

the hotel is a beautiful shell, but don't be fooled. it took forever for my room to be ready, and when I arrived, it was not even cleaned properly. I expected a complimentary upgrade, but I suppose everyone gets to be treated the same way here. The pool area was absolutely neglected as well. I just couldn't leave a good review.

Family vacation with some quirks
Got great service from the front desk, especially from a guy named Mr Mayank who really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Also, the breakfast team was flawless, especially Babu at the omelet station serving up some smiles and good food.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess that's to be expected for the experience.

Had a fantastic time with friends enjoying the indoor go-carting track and the IMAX theatre. The beds were super comfy, and the cleanliness was impressive. Plus, the on-site café served great coffee for those late-night hangouts. Perfect for our group getaway!
Thankfully, customer service stepped in, but it left a sour note at first.
